HEALING Movement Sessions
ONLINE - 6 WEEK BLOCKS
Healing movement sessions are guided and intuitive movement sessions that heal the body and mind.
Combining Yoga, Qi Gong and Mindfulness, these sessions create ease (in the body) balance and clarity (of mind) and invoke positive mood states.
Through presence, awareness and a balanced approach to movement; patterns of tension, pain and fear melt away.
Confidence, ease and pleasure with movement and activity are restored.
Whether you struggle with pain and physical limitation or mental wellbeing these sessions will be transformative as they give you a powerful way to connect with and care for yourself.
