Sessions are 30-60 mins. £40/hr online or £55/hr in-person (8% discount when booked in packages of 6 or more sessions)
Personalised therapeutic Yoga, Healing Movement or Meditation sessions for a healthy and easeful body and mind.

Restorative REST Experiences

Restorative sleep deprivation is scientifically associated with heightened risk of chronic disease and mental health disorders.
This experience will replenish your energy from deep within
Restorative rest experiences combine gentle movement and breath practise, head and face massage, restorative postures and meditation with healing sound elements, all to induce deep rest and relaxation.

POWER 90
ONLINE OR IN-PERSON IN BUSHEY, HERTFORDSHIRE
90 minutes. £65 online / £80 in-person

Would like to walk away with a clear plan for action?
Then the power 90 is for you.
This is a stand-alone session with no additional support, so you need to trust yourself to act on the advice given independently.
An audio recording and written summary of the session is provided.
