This course takes you through Mindfulness skills and evidence-based chronic pain management techniques to ease the suffering associated with pain, fatigue and ill health thus improving your quality of life.
HEALING Movement Sessions
ONLINE - 6 WEEK BLOCKS
Healing movement sessions are guided and intuitive movement and breath sessions that dial down pain, ease tension and heal the body and mind. Combining yoga and mindfulness, these sessions create ease in the body, balance and clarity of mind, and invoke positive mood states.
